Mr. Brad Elwood, Administrative Director

Mr. Elwood received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Masters of Science Degree in Education from California University of Pennsylvania. Brad is also a certified Vocational Director, Supervisor, and Principal K-12.

A certified career and technical educator in Electrical Occupations and Electrical Power and Communication Lineperson. He taught the only secondary line worker program in Pennsylvania located at Central Westmoreland Career and Technology Center for sixteen years.

Brad has been involved in the electrical/telecommunications industry for over thirty-five years. He also owned his own electrical contracting business for sixteen years. Brad is a certified computer and network wiring specialist and fiber optics instructor, a Cisco certified CCNA instructor, and a member of the Fiber Optic Association.

Brad is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary Principals, a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Career and Technical Administrators, the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and a member of the Iota Lambda Sigma vocational educator’s professional fraternity. He was also selected by former student’s into Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers in 1992 and 2006.
